We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, which operates around the clock to support our residents in a residential, dementia, and respite care setting. Discover more about our approach to resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional, professional care services to our residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs.
  • Recognize and respect the unique and diverse needs of each individual.
  • Uphold the dignity and respect of our residents at all times.
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and health while fostering community within the home.
  • Build relationships with residents to provide comfort and reassurance.
  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry as needed.
  • Provide compassionate care during end-of-life situations.

Working Hours:

Between 24-30 hours per week

Shifts: 3-9pm & 7-1pm
