Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling the retail store premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry and exit points
  • Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices
  • Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all
