Retail Security Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at BardWood Support Services. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail store premises, staff, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling the retail store premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry and exit points
  • Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices
  • Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
