About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Back End Development Lead to join our team at Age Partnership. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Lead technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the needs of both our colleagues and customers.
  • Develop and support a high-performing technical team through effective recruitment, training, and continuous performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Web/DevOps technologies.
About You

We are looking for an experienced back-end developer with at least 3 years of experience working in a Senior or Lead developer role. You will have a strong grasp of DevOps principles, a robust understanding of implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure.

You will be an enthusiastic and innovative individual with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You will be keen to continue learning and developing your own skills as well as helping others to develop theirs.
