About the Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to provide support to individuals with a wide range of needs, including those with learning disabilities and health conditions.
- Communicate effectively with supported people to provide individual care and maintain positive relationships.
- Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What We Offer
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
- Blue light card.

Requirements
