Position: Children's Residential Care Worker
Location: Telford
Contract Hours: 36-hour contract
Shift Schedule: 3 days on, 6 days off
Compensation: Up to £14 per hour* (Additional compensation for sleep-in shifts and overtime)

Our residents, aged between 8 and 18 years, often come from backgrounds of significant trauma, neglect, and crisis, leading to complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
If you believe you can positively impact the lives of these children and young people, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.
Key Requirements for This Position:
- A minimum of 12 months experience working with children or young people is essential.
Responsibilities as a Residential Care Worker:
- An NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young People is preferred for this role.
- Establishing positive relationships and addressing the needs of our children and young people.
- Utilizing your experience and skills, further enhanced through our training and support, to assist in the care of our children and young people.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding practices.
- The ability to maintain comprehensive records and articulate information effectively.
- Preferred: Previous experience in an OFSTED regulated residential environment.
- Preferred: A valid UK driving license.
