We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Castle Douglas, Scotland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example, and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Manage and develop a medium to large-sized team, focusing on talent identification, training, and succession planning.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive compliance, stock management, and health and safety initiatives.
