About the Role

We're seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and driving business results
  • Support the development and implementation of store strategies to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain excellent store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection of new team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
