Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Northallerton Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Take food and drink orders, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Provide bar service, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience, working collaboratively with the kitchen team
  • Deliver bills and take payment efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Support and proactively work with your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Adhere to standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers
