Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Northallerton Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Take food and drink orders, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Provide bar service, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery
  • Deliver bills and take payment efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
