Job Title: English Graduate Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent

Location: Enfield

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in a variety of subjects, including English.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in English and other subjects
  • Run intervention sessions and booster groups for students who require additional support
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective learning materials and activities
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and students
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any subject from a Russell Group university
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential)
  • Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
