Job Title: Peripatetic Housing Management Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Coordinator to join our team at Home Group. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for providing tenancy support to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a housing management caseload, overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
- Re-let rooms or units, collect rents, and take formal tenancy action when necessary.
- Support customers with housing benefit claims, ensuring timely receipt of rent payments.
- Turn around vacant or void rooms, flats, and properties within set timescales.
Requirements:
- Experience in housing management, with a focus on tenancy support and property maintenance.
- Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims, and conducting tenancy sign-ups.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
