Marketing and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional to join our team at Insight Select, a leader in the law industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a legal context, with experience managing and leading a team and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's culture, values, and services
  • Manage the firm's digital footprint, including social media and online presence
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for the firm's website, social media, and other online channels
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, including event management and PR
  • Facilitate networking opportunities with key stakeholders
Essential Skills:
  • Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within the legal industry
  • Numerical and financial literacy, with experience working with metrics and budgets
  • Good understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools
  • Leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and delegating
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in relevant software

Package: £65,000 per annum, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
