Interim Head of Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Marketing to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a legal context, with experience managing and leading a team and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture and Brand Management: Promote and market the company's culture, behaviours, and values to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the firm's digital footprint, including its website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team, creating a collaborative and positive work environment that drives results.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and other channels.
  • Internal and External Communications: Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, including event management, PR, and publicity.
  • Networking: Facilitate networking opportunities with key stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
  • Marketing and Business Development Experience: Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within legal/professional services.
  • Numerical and Financial Literacy: Numerically and financially literate, comfortable working with metrics and budgets.
  • Digital Marketing: Good understanding of digital marketing techniques.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and delegating.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills.
Package:
  • Salary: £65,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Location: St Albans – Hybrid working (TBC).
