**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at a busy and thriving car dealership in the Newport area. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow a structured sales process to provide excellent customer service and build a long-term rapport with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including unit volume, F&I, and CSI ratings.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, finance, and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Valid UK driving license.
