Your Role as a Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to reach their full potential. You will provide compassionate and personalized care, assisting them with daily activities, fostering their independence, and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical support with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities that promote enjoyment and learning.
  • Assist individuals with accessing community resources and developing essential life skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to individual care plans and progress.
