The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your passion for food, service, and guest experience will shine through in everything you do, from providing efficient and courteous service to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in our award-winning Ballroom and other dining areas.
  • Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service, including setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Run sections in the Ballroom and other restaurants, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, and Dinner.
  • Handle guest complaints and respond accordingly to ensure service recovery and a satisfied guest.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
