Car Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team at We Buy Any Car Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for buying and selling cars, ensuring the efficient running of your branch, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buy cars and negotiate prices to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct appraisals on cars and close deals with customers
  • Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,380 per year, plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1,500 per annum pro-rata
  • A fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
  • A rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, with occasional weekend work
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and healthcare cash plan
  • Structured progression programmes and pay increases

Requirements:

  • A current full UK manual driving license
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
