Key Responsibilities- Contact customers to discuss their finance application and provide guidance throughout the car buying process.
- Conduct qualification calls to understand customer needs and progress in the car buying process.
- Manage your sales pipeline to efficiently maintain contact with customers and achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around activity and quality.
- Utilize and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, with the customer at the center of all your actions.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage your sales pipeline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently as part of a team.
- Very generous commission structure.
