We are seeking a proactive and inquisitive professional to oversee the collaboration with one of our key Client Accounts in the UK. This role focuses on advocating for and enhancing the utilization of Visa Europe products and services throughout their operations, aiming to elevate the Visa payments customer experience and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire for knowledge, be collaborative, exceptionally organized, and a creative thinker. Candidates should be adept at building networks and nurturing relationships within both the client organization and Visa. A background in the payments sector and familiarity with banking practices will be advantageous.
You will work closely with internal Visa teams and the client to introduce innovative solutions, ensuring both entities remain at the forefront of the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Director, Client Leads, and the broader account team to ensure stakeholders receive optimal support from Visa.
- Cultivate relationships with client teams, addressing inquiries and proactively engaging on market trends and how Visa can assist.
- Gain insights into the client's operations to enable Visa to effectively meet their needs and uncover new opportunities.
- Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Visa products and services, proactively identifying opportunities that align with the client's objectives to enhance profitability for your P&L and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide analysis and reporting on joint client initiatives and other account-related activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Visa, ensuring that teams such as products, consulting, marketing, and client services are appropriately engaged and informed about client opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in delivering high-quality client meetings and interactions, offering insights and relevant materials.
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a blend of remote and office work. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days per week, as determined by leadership, with a general expectation of being in the office at least 50% of the time based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- A genuine curiosity about payments, Visa, and the client's business, along with enthusiasm and a readiness to learn.
- A dynamic and resilient self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a larger team.
- Ability to clearly communicate Visa's capabilities while quickly identifying additional subject matter expertise needed to support the client.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, fostering trust as relationships develop.
- Competence in interpreting and utilizing data to generate actionable and commercial insights.
