About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for leading projects and team development, assisting with the management of the quantity surveying team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Contribute to business growth and development, identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a construction consultancy, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in at least one of either healthcare or education sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
