Hays Senior Finance is seeking a skilled Management Reporting Specialist to join their Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
- Support external audit and provide necessary documentation
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Knowledge of IFRS and consolidations is highly desirable. You should also have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
