About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Registered Clinician to join our team of healthcare professionals as a Homebased Functional Assessor. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments of claimants' health conditions, review medical evidence, and compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face to evaluate claimants' health conditions and daily challenges.
  • Review medical records and write comprehensive reports to provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
  • Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily living activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience as a Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist.
  • Active registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills.
