Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Kura. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding debts on live and closed accounts, negotiating payment plans, and addressing complaints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Drive collections performance and adhere to credit management standards to ensure optimal results.
  • Meet department and personal targets by consistently delivering high-quality service and achieving sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance call handling and system skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in objection handling, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using various software systems.
