Divisional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Director to lead our Surgery, Women and Children's Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Division, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire staff to develop, deliver, and improve services within the Division, ensuring local and national targets are achieved.
- Agree the strategic direction and objectives of the Division through engagement with clinical, nursing, and operational teams.
- Deliver on the Trust's strategic goals, recognizing the importance of effective people and financial management.
- Master's degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Management qualification, such as a postgraduate diploma in management studies.
- Evidence of recent continuous professional development at a senior level, including leadership development.
