About the Role

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cumbria. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of MEP projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and contract management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the MEP industry.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
