About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Care & Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Adarna House. As a Bank Care & Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs and autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a mental health or autism setting.

  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
