Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the development of our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties.
  • Set up decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Confident leadership and management skills.
  • GDC registration and a strong understanding of dental regulations.
  • Preferred dental experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
