**Job Title:** Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our client, a leading Waste and Recycling company, based in Wrexham. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of Customer Service Executives, training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives, and ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of Customer Service Executives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Train and develop Customer Service Assistants and Representatives to improve their skills and performance
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Cooperate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Management role
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation to use initiative and innovate when required
  • Ability to remain patient and calm during stressful situations

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • A full-time permanent position with a regular working schedule
