FX Broker Sales Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their foreign exchange needs, fostering long-lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their foreign exchange needs, fostering long-lasting relationships.
  • Confidently engage and secure new business with high-net-worth individuals and C-level executives, closing corporate/enterprise accounts.
  • Develop existing opportunities and drive new business for the new online portal, targeting corporate and institutional clients.
  • Achieve monthly quotas and targets, including set KPIs.
  • Actively contribute ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching for personal development.
Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious FX Broker with a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, FX brokering strategy, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical and analytical knowledge of the FX market.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain an effective client pipeline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A result-driven, professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
