About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group M&E Manager to join our team at Buildspace Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender and Bid Work: Provide input into tender documents and support the bid delivery process.
- Preconstruction: Collaborate with Estimating, Planning, and Design teams to set up projects and ensure a smooth transition.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects are executed in line with company standards and industry regulations.
- Resource Management: Involve in the hiring process for senior M&E appointments and contribute to the development of the team.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, past, present, and future.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of career experience in the MEP industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent Mechanical and Electrical know-how, with up-to-date working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Communication Skills: First-class written and spoken communication skills.
- IT and Reporting Skills: Strong IT and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
