We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained to the highest standards.
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
