About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team at VINCI Energies en France. As a key member of our project lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in creating new tenders, direct sourcing, and collaborating with our Project Managers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Submission of Tenders: Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create competitive and accurate tender proposals.
  • Cost Estimation: Analyze project requirements, evaluate costs, and provide detailed estimates.
  • Technical Understanding: Understand client specifications and translate them into effective technical proposals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients during the tender process, addressing queries and ensuring clarity.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Engineering Background: Degree in Electrical or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in tendering, preferably in automation, however open to other engineering projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Automation, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens industrial Control Systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze complex requirements and create precise proposals.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to take on new skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (experience dependent).
