Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture trusted relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will deliver tailored investment guidance and oversee portfolio management, ensuring alignment with the firm’s investment philosophies and processes.

  • Address and support client requirements effectively.
  • Establish new client connections and strengthen existing relationships through consistent service, aiming to reduce attrition and generate new referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings professionally, ensuring that all information shared is current, accurate, and tailored to client needs.
  • Design and maintain investment portfolios that reflect clients' objectives, circumstances, tax situations, and risk appetites.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement changes in consultation with colleagues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planning and Professional Services teams to enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications

What We Seek:

  • Minimum Level 6 Qualification or Chartered status.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial services sector and investment landscape.
  • Proven experience in managing client investment portfolios and providing sound investment advice.
  • Background in restructuring newly acquired portfolios to align with investment policies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate diverse investment management strategies effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in leading pitches and securing new business.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and a comprehensive understanding of the risks associated with private client operations.
