  • You will play a crucial part in leveraging advanced analytical tools and data insights to optimize pricing strategy at scale and pace.
  • This is an opportunity to act as the primary contact between the team and other business functions in the bank to ensure strong and seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the shape of and drive the delivery of the strategic pricing plan.
  • Coordinate and develop retail pricing work and lead key projects.
  • Engage with business heads and function partners to actively manage product pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized pricing strategies for mortgages, loans, cards, and savings.
  • Foster a high-performance pricing team by providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Produce advice and guidance for teams on pricing options.
  • Provide insight and guidance on internal and external pricing benchmarks.
  • Provide input to balance sheet, capital, sector, and asset class budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience gained in a pricing and commercial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of pricing principles, including fairness and risk-based pricing.
  • Good knowledge of balance sheet, P&L, and returns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to extract insights and identify opportunities from complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to maximize resources and prioritize activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a history of successfully leading and coaching high-performance teams.
