Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels, shaping strategies and building strong relationships with our retail clients.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams and customers, providing strategic guidance to ensure successful POS solution deliveries.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Capture, analyze, and document business requirements, providing insights and solutions that align with business needs.
- System Implementation & Support: Oversee POS system implementations, ensuring they meet requirements and providing ongoing support to our clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Project Delivery: Focus on delivering projects on time, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- At least 5+ years' experience in retail business analysis, with ideally POS systems knowledge.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and deliver projects in complex environments.
