EE Retail is seeking a talented and committed retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience and driving sales growth in our East Grinstead store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: You will be responsible for leading, engaging, and developing a talented and knowledgeable team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and Harness New Retail Opportunities: You will work closely with our Regional Managers to identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a Culture of High-Performance: You will establish a culture of high-performance within the store, focusing on both fiscal and behavioral KPIs to drive business results.
  • Create a Welcoming Customer-Focused Environment: You will create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, and customer-focused environment that showcases the latest EE products and services.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers: You will work closely with our Regional Managers to create long-term succession strategies and drive business growth.
