Job Title: Experienced Horticultural Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced horticultural specialist to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a horticultural maintenance professional, you will be responsible for supporting grounds maintenance contract delivery, liaising with clients, residents, and friends groups, and carrying out a range of horticultural maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out horticultural maintenance activities, adhering to best practices and ensuring designated sites are maintained to an exceptional standard.
- Develop quotes and estimates for additional works and special projects.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and friends groups to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools, including strimmers, backpack blowers, and push mowers.
- Collaborate with a busy team to provide a high-quality service.
- Hold a formal horticultural qualification, such as a National Certificate in Horticulture, National Diploma, or RHS.
- Possess a valid UK driving license and PASMA training.
- Hold a PA1 and PA6 pesticide license.
