Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bustling bar and cocktail operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory & Orders: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure the bar is always fully stocked with ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
  • Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment for guests, handle queries, and ensure they have a great experience every time.
  • Compliance: Ensure the bar adheres to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bar manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
