Bar Manager Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bustling bar and cocktail operations. As a Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and train the bar team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Inventory & Orders: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure the bar is always fully stocked with ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment for guests, handle queries, and ensure they have a great experience every time.
- Compliance: Ensure the bar adheres to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bar manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
