Job Title: Security & Cleaning Officer

We are seeking an experienced Security & Cleaning Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rotation, Monday to Sunday 07:00am - 19:00pm. You will be responsible for providing security, cleaning, and maintenance duties to the Woolshops Shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service skills.
  • Perform maintenance duties.
  • Operate CCTV control room duties.
  • Conduct internal and external cleaning.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Liaise with Centre Management.
  • Meet and greet staff and clients.
  • Provide customer service front reception cover.
  • Access and egress with carpark and full knowledge of carparking systems.
  • Have an understanding of health and safety.
  • Patrol internal and external areas.
  • Have good report writing skills.
  • Full uniform is provided.
  • Must be punctual and able to think on your feet.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate and current SIA License - Door Supervision or Security Guarding (frontline) is required.
  • First aid qualification is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills.
  • Good understanding of Security requirements/functions.
  • Full 5 year checkable history.
  • Experience dealing with emergency situations.
  • CCTV - preferred.
