Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to partner with a local construction company in search of a motivated and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of supporting the smooth running of the office and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in managing and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, including tracking projects from initiation to completion
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Liaise with customers to arrange site visits and schedule work
  • Monitor project schedules, anticipate potential delays, and report to the Contracts Manager/Managing Director
  • Procure materials and supplies from approved vendors at competitive prices
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites, including equipment and other essential resources
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing summaries for management meetings
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office and handle all administrative tasks
  • Process and send out invoices in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a construction background is advantageous but not essential
  • Able to work in an office environment with a team
