We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Checker to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon. This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 16-20 hours of work across three days, including Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our lodges are cleaned to our high five-star standards. This will involve checking inventory levels of cleaning materials and products, assisting with deep cleans of guest accommodation, and reporting lost and found property to the reception team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular quality checks on lodge cleanliness and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning materials and products
- Assist with deep cleans of guest accommodation as required
- Report lost and found property to the reception team in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
