We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 14,000 employees, including running weekly and monthly payrolls, statutory calculations, and dealing with payroll queries and payment requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 14,000 employees, including running 4 weekly, weekly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Perform statutory calculations, such as NI, SSP, SMP, and tax.
  • Deal with payroll queries and payment requests from employees and line managers.
  • Produce payroll reports and manage the on and off boarding of starters and leavers.
  • Manage tax filings and HMRC pay queries.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in payroll, with training provided where necessary.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Live within a commutable distance to our head office near Lenton, Nottingham.
