Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team at WPR. This esteemed organization is recognized for its exceptional underwriting capabilities, dedicated personnel, and innovative offerings. As part of a prominent insurance group, this role provides an opportunity for both onsite engagement and some hybrid work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position is to take ownership of the technical specifications required for IT components related to enhancements or strategic initiatives. These specifications will serve as a foundation for developers and testers, facilitating comprehensive delivery across Data, IT, and associated technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to consider stakeholder viewpoints.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance sector.
  • Extensive business analysis experience, demonstrating a successful track record throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to post-implementation and business-as-usual operations.
  • Experience in a multi-vendor environment, collaborating with third-party providers and distributed teams across various global locations.
  • Familiarity with working in or alongside Insurance, Reinsurance, or Finance functions is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate closely and coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, enterprise project management offices, data teams, infrastructure, and service management teams, as well as supplier partners.
