**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for promoting compliance and quality assurance throughout the company, managing all Quality related activities, and ensuring that processes and procedures support the QMS.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead plant QA and QC activities, supervising a team of quality technicians
* Conduct non-conforming product batch investigations
* Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory team
* Develop and implement Quality related continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**
* Quality Manager or similar experience
* Proven track record in a Chemical Engineering environment
* Strong knowledge of QA, QC, QMS, QE, and QM principles
