Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and supervise bar staff, promoting a positive and lively work environment.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily bar functions, including stock control, procurement of supplies, and upkeep of bar equipment.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service by upholding high standards of quality and efficiency, while actively engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
