This role is part of a growing global benefits program, providing a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to global benefits programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality service.
- Produce and maintain regular benefits reports, analyzing metrics such as participation, cost, and trends to inform evidence-based decision making.
- Analyze vendor reports and act as a key point of contact for global benefits-related questions, providing expert guidance and support.
- Support benefit and pension enrolment of new hires, developing knowledge of local legislations related to benefits programs.
- Support the implementation of new benefits and work closely with stakeholders and wider HR teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Minimum 2 years of international benefits experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Understanding of varying legal and regulatory requirements across countries in relation to employee benefits.
- Workday experience is strongly desirable.
- Strong analytical and MS Excel skills.
- Strong relationship builder, confident working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
