Overview:
CPS Group UK is pleased to collaborate with a prominent organization to appoint a skilled IT Project Coordinator. This role involves managing diverse IT demands and requests, effectively allocating these to the appropriate teams, whether internal or external.


The ideal candidate will be a highly organized IT Project Coordinator with a strong grasp of IT terminology, project execution, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT initiatives and requests
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Deliver comprehensive daily updates until project completion
  • Employ project management tracking tools to monitor and inform key personnel
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues as necessary
  • Ensure that IT requirements are met efficiently
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of ongoing IT projects and future needs
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Manager
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in project management and tracking software (e.g., DART, JIRA)
  • Familiarity with escalation protocols and procedures
  • Availability to work on-site during standard business hours
