Lead Mechanical Engineer - Defence and Aerospace

Join a leading Defence and Aerospace company as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for military and defence applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, including mechanical engineering systems, equipment, and components.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver mechanical engineering systems, equipment, and components that meet the challenging demands of the product.
  3. Engage and build relationships with suppliers to develop and capture equipment and component specifications.
  4. Perform and review engineering calculations and analysis to make decisions and demonstrate system performance.

Requirements:

  1. Mechanical Engineering background in Rotator Machinery, Components, or Fluid Dynamics.
  2. Experience of applying mechanical engineering in different products.
  3. Educated to Degree level in Engineering, Mechanical or Science Subjects.
